Important

Peppi is a logging and organization tool. It is not medical advice.

Terms of use

Use Peppi as a tracker, not as a clinician.

These terms explain the rules for using Peppi. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Peppi is intended for adults. Do not use Peppi if you are under 18 or if using this type of health-related tracking app is not permitted where you live.

2. No medical advice

Peppi does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The app does not replace a licensed physician, pharmacist, nurse, or other qualified healthcare professional. Any peptide reference content, dose ranges, timing notes, routes, and warnings are informational only and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You are responsible for confirming any protocol, route, dose, timing, storage, reconstitution, or safety decision with a qualified healthcare professional.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate information, checking vial labels, reviewing expiration dates, confirming concentration and syringe units, and deciding whether a reminder or log is correct. Peppi may help organize information, but it cannot verify the real contents of a vial or the safety of a protocol.

4. Emergency situations

Do not use Peppi for emergencies. If you believe you may have a medical emergency or serious adverse reaction, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately.

5. Privacy and data

Your use of Peppi is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Core data is local-first. Optional encrypted backup and diagnostics are described in that policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Peppi, attempt to reverse engineer services, interfere with the app or website, upload unlawful content, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

7. App availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. App stores and operating systems may also affect availability, notifications, permissions, and backup behavior.

8. No warranties

Peppi is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, medically accurate, or suitable for your particular protocol.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peppi and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions made based on information entered into or displayed by the app.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The latest version will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@pepitrack.com.
